Casey O'Donnell, DO, MBA, CPHIMS at Mass General Brigham
Casey J. O’Donnell, DO, MBA, CPHIMS, is a physician leader with a multidisciplinary background in interventional physiatry, clinical informatics, patient safety, and healthcare administration. He currently serves as Enterprise Digital Systems Clinical Lead for Procedural and Ambulatory Specialties at Mass General Brigham. He is also a faculty member for the MGB/Harvard Medical School Clinical Informatics Fellowship, a facilitator for Collaborative Risk Reviews involving digital patient safety events, and a member of Epic’s Steering Boards for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Management. His informatics experience includes serving as a Clinical Informatics Consultant and Physician Informaticist at South Shore Health, where he supported process improvement, provider efficiency, patient safety, clinical outcomes, and Epic system builds. He has also held consulting roles with Greenway Health and Athenahealth focused on EHR design, workflow analysis, and optimization, and serves as Chair of the Agenda Committee for the New England Epic User Collaborative.
Dr. O’Donnell’s leadership credentials are supported by formal training in healthcare management, safety, quality, and informatics. He earned an MBA with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Quinnipiac University and completed a post-graduate certificate in Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership at Harvard Medical School. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems, an Epic Certified Physician Builder in Analytics and Hyperspace, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He has served as medical director at multiple facilities and is passionate about using digital tools and technology to improve clinical workflows and advance patient safety.

Alyson P. Quinn, MSN, RN, NI-BC, OCN, is a Senior Quality Informatics Nurse Specialist at UMass Memorial Health in Worcester, Massachusetts. With 13 years of experience spanning oncology nursing, nursing leadership, quality improvement, and clinical informatics, she specializes in leveraging technology to improve clinical workflows, patient safety, and healthcare delivery.
In her current role, Alyson leads enterprise clinical workflow and documentation initiatives and serves as an Epic-certified specialist in Ambulatory, Beacon Oncology, and OpTime. She partners with interdisciplinary teams across ambulatory and inpatient settings to optimize electronic health record utilization, enhance clinician engagement, and implement evidence-based solutions that improve patient outcomes.
Prior to her informatics role, Alyson worked as an inpatient oncology nurse, an oncology nurse educator and nurse manager for a 60-chair oncology infusion unit. She has led large multidisciplinary teams, advanced oncology nursing practice, and driven quality and safety initiatives in both academic and community care settings. She is board certified in both Nursing Informatics and Oncology Nursing.
Alyson has presented nationally on oncology informatics and process standardization, including a poster presentation at the 2024 Oncology Nursing Society Congress on standardizing oncology treatment protocol build and validation in the electronic medical record and an upcoming presentation at the American Nursing Informatics Association 2027 conference. She is passionate about nursing innovation, clinician education, and the intersection of informatics and quality improvement to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
When not at work, you can often find Alyson hiking with her husband and four grown sons, or riding adventure motorcycles off-road and encouraging women motorcyclists around the country.

Katelyn Beeley, Manager, Clinical Informatics at MaineHealth
Kate carries a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of New England. A registered nurse by trade, she spent over a decade working on a medical surgical telemetry unit specializing in nephrology, urology, and renal transplant. While working as a nurse, she worked with the IT Implementation team conducting education and training for physicians and APPs for the initial 2012 MMC Epic go-live. She then joined the implementation team full-time from 2014 to 2018 while maintaining clinical per diem work until 2019. She participated in 6 MaineHealth member hospital implementations of Epic during which she transitioned to the role of Instructional Designer & Senior Training Analyst overseeing systems training curricula development, training environment build, and developing a regional trainer model for several Epic clinical applications. She joined the Clinical Informatics team as a Clinical Informatics Specialist in 2018 with the local MMC Clinical Informatics Medical Affairs team and transitioned to manager in 2019. MMC Clinical Informatics Medical Affairs (CI-MA) provides local informatics and build support for many quality & process improvement initiatives as well as IT and operational initiatives with a focus on provider workflows. It is in this role Kate’s passion for clinical informatics drives her desire to not only improve the use of technology and the EHR, but to empower providers, and ultimately contribute to positive outcomes for our patients and community.

Stephen Erban, MD, MPH at UMass Memorial Health
Dr. Stephen Erban completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania
and then completed an internal medicine residency and fellowship in general
medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He joined the Dept. of
Medicine at UMass Chan Medical School where he is a Professor of Medicine in
the Divisions of Health System Science and General Medicine. He has had a
longstanding interest in the use of the electronic health records to support clinical
care and to improve the quality of care and to also to improve provider efficiency.
He became board certified in clinical informatics in 2014 and in 2022 he
developed and received ACGME Accreditation for a fellowship in Clinical
Informatics at UMass Chan for which he is now the Associate Program Director.
He remains actively involved with efforts at UMass Memorial Health to improve
the experience for patients and clinicians re: their use of EHRs.

After many years as an outpatient physical therapist, Brendan transitioned into clinical informatics, bringing a frontline clinical perspective to digital transformation initiatives. Brittany M. Dragonetti, Senior Program Manager, PROMs Development at Mass General Brigham
Brittany M. Dragonetti, BA, is a Senior Program Manager for Mass General Brigham’s Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) Program. Since joining the program in 2019, she has led the PROMs Development workstream, overseeing questionnaire configuration in the EHR (Epic)—including build, scoring logic, and assignment logic—and partnering with clinical, operational, and health IT teams to support how PROMs are delivered to patients, displayed to providers, and leveraged for reporting.
Brittany is a staff member of Mass General Brigham’s Office of the Chief Medical Officer, where the PROMs program resides, under the Chief Quality Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Social Work. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, she worked in both research and clinical care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and later at Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. Sucharita Kher is a Pulmonologist and Critical Care Physician, and Associate Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently serves as Vice-Chair for Clinical Operations and Quality in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Kher applies integrates evidence, systems redesign, and storytelling to drive sustainable change, prioritizing patient and clinician perspectives in care delivery. Her clinical interests include asthma, COPD, and tobacco dependence. She is a dedicated advocate for lung disease prevention and serves on the Board of the American Lung Association of Massachusetts. She joined the MaineHealth Medical Informatics group in 2016, became a physician builder in 2018, rose to her current position of Ambulatory Informatics Medical Director in 2020, and obtained subspeciality board certification in Clinical Informatics in 2022. She serves as the chair for the systemwide ambulatory medical informatics committee and co-chair of the Primary Care In-Basket governance committee and works closely with the Pediatrics informatics committee, the ambulatory clinical decision support and procdoc workgroups. She has served as an informatics leader in several EHR efficiency retreats and departmental SWAT initiatives for MaineHealth informatics.
