Dan Chandler M. D.

Daniel Chandler is a clinical informaticist and practicing primary care doctor at Tufts Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine residency with an additional year as Chief Resident at Tufts in 2007. He was Director of Resident Primary Care Education for a decade, where he oversaw curriculum development and implementation for the Internal Medicine program. He was also Director of Information Technology for his practice from 2009 until 2020, when he became the system’s Associate Chief Medical Information Officer for Ambulatory. He helped direct the build and implementation of Tufts’ Epic-Ambulatory and continues to work on optimization efforts in that area. He has completed several of Epic’s Level Up and Tune Up programs to improve provider efficiency and satisfaction, as well as several internal projects to optimize medication workflows, In Basket management, and provider documentation. His professional focus is on improving and enhancing the IT systems to offer the maximum support to our clinicians and to allow for seamless, efficient, high quality care delivery for all patients.

Harley Friedman, M.D. Internal Medicine Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center
Dr. Harley Friedman's entire career has been based at Dartmouth Health. He was the Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency for 15+ years and has a love for medical education and evaluation. Harley has since transitioned into his role in Clinical Informatics, leading the inpatient teams. He is a computer nerd at heart and has learned how to write and debug Epic’s Cache code to create custom solutions for difficult problems. Clinically, he started his career as a “full stack” general internist (that’s a computer nerd joke) caring for both inpatients and outpatients, He is currently a Hospitalist. Harely is a SciFi / Fantasy fan, loves to sail, and work on his maple syrup and pickling skills.

Christine Suchecki serves as the Director of Nursing Services for Clinical Informatics,
Digital at Mass General Brigham in Somerville, MA. She oversees the
collaboration of nursing informatics within an enterprise model across the entire system to manage digital content and workflows within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) for nursing and health professionals. Christine leads departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing inter-team digital processes and collaboration. She is driven to improving the patient care digital experience for nurses. Christine earned her BSN from Fitchburg State College, her MSN with a focus on informatics from Duke University and her DNP from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Christine has worked in a variety of clinical and informatics settings. Throughout her career in informatics, Christine has taken on a wide range of roles encompassing project management, clinical application expertise, and clinical content expertise. She has presented her informatics work on a range of topics at local informatics
consortiums, groups, and EHR vendor conferences. Christine holds her board
certifications in Informatics and Nurse Executive Advanced from the American
Nurses Credentialing Center.

Dr. Sucharita Kher is a Pulmonologist and Critical Care Physician, and Associate Professor of Medicine at Tufts University School of Medicine. She currently serves as Vice-Chair for Clinical Operations and Quality in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Kher applies integrates evidence, systems redesign, and storytelling to drive sustainable change, prioritizing patient and clinician perspectives in care delivery. Her clinical interests include asthma, COPD, and tobacco dependence. She is a dedicated advocate for lung disease prevention and serves on the Board of the American Lung Association of Massachusetts. Dr. Kher has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and actively mentors emerging physician leaders. She was nominated to the esteemed Carol Emmott Foundation Fellowship for Women in Healthcare and also serves on the Board of the Tufts Medical Center Physician Organization. She received her medical degree from the University of Mumbai (India), completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Cook County Hospital, and pursued fellowship training at Tufts Medical Center.

Kristy Brown, IT Director and Epic Program Administrator

Kristy Brown, MBA, PT, serves as the Director and Epic Program Administrator for UVM Health IT. She brings more than 25 years of experience across the healthcare landscape, beginning her career as a physical therapist before moving into healthcare business consulting, IT leadership, and enterprise‑level EHR project management. Kristy has led several large-scale initiatives, including the multi‑year implementation of Epic across five hospitals and over 25 ambulatory clinics within the UVM Health.

James Griffith, Project Manager, Business Analytics, IT Department

James Griffith is a project manager with the Business Analytics team in the IT Department at Cambridge Health Alliance, where he has worked since 2015. Prior to this current role, he worked with this same team as a business data analyst. His areas of focus include workflow improvement, and knowledge management strategies. He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and holds an MS in Health Informatics & Management from University of Massachusetts - Lowell.

Daniel Burns is an Applications Analyst IV at Cambridge Health Alliance, where he led the implementation of direct, open, and ticket-based MyChart self-scheduling across the organization. He is passionate about leveraging technology to improve user satisfaction and expand access to care for a diverse patient population. Outside of work, Daniel is a marathon runner and the father of 4-year-old twin girls.

Her extensive tenure at CHA spans the roles of Business Data Analyst and Project Manager, providing her with a deep, holistic understanding of hospital operations and the intricate intersections between clinical systems, IT, and the EMR.

Amy L. Harrington, MD, MBA, Vice Chair of Quality and Ambulatory Psychiatry

Dr. Harrington is the Vice Chair of Quality and Ambulatory Psychiatry and UMass Memorial Health. She serves as the Medical Director for the Ambulatory Clinic, and is the President of the UMMC Medical Staff. She is the Medical Director for Behavioral Health for the Office of Clinical Integration, the group at UMMH focused on population health. She is currently working on a system-level project to facilitate connections between UMMH hospitals and the Community Behavioral Health Centers in the region, as well as improving access to ambulatory behavioral health treatment for all patients in the system. In her clinical work, she sees a mixture of general psychiatric patients, as well as patients with addiction needs, and enjoy working with a variety of trainees, including the general psychiatry residents and NP students.

Neel Gupta is a first-year Clinical Informatics Fellow and practicing Emergency Medicine Physician at UMass Memorial Medical Center, where he completed his residency. He graduated from medical school at Albany Medical College. During his fellowship, his work has focused on optimizing clinical decision support tools, reducing documentation burden, and improving workflow efficiency. He is currently pursuing certification in Epic's Clinical Data Model track to learn more about using Epic data for clinical benefits.

Adam Delmolino, Senior Director, Virtual Care & Clinical Affairs

Adam Delmolino leads MHA initiatives regarding telehealth and virtual care, including convening tMED,
the Massachusetts Telemedicine Coalition. Adam’s responsibilities also involve post-acute care and care
transitions, case management, rural healthcare, pharmaceutical innovations, climate change, and energy
issues. Previously, he served as MHA’s Director of State Government Advocacy where he worked on
legislative and regulatory efforts on behalf of hospitals and patients with a particular emphasis on
telehealth, healthcare payment reform, pharmacy practices, and nursing issues.
Prior to MHA, Adam worked in the Massachusetts House of Representatives as Research Analyst for the
Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies and as staff director for the
Assistant Vice-Chairman of the House Ways & Means Committee.
Adam received his BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and is a graduate of the
Harvard University Extension School, where he received a graduate Certificate in Management (CM). He
serves on the Arlington Library Board of Trustees, the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Community
Collaborative Elder Council, the Massachusetts Down Syndrome Congress Board of Directors, and the
Vestry for the Church of Our Redeemer (Episcopal) in Lexington, MA.

Lloyd Fisher, MD, General pediatrician at Reliant Medical Group and Chief Medical Information Officer for Optum Massachusetts
Lloyd Fisher, MD is a general pediatrician at Reliant Medical Group where he has been in
practice since 2006 and the Chief Medical Information Officer for Optum Massachusetts.
During his time at Reliant he has worked to improve efficiency through innovative uses of the
Electronic Health Record (EHR). He was the founding director for the Provider EHR
Optimization team and has nearly 20 years of experience as a clinical informatics presenting at
numerous national meetings. In addition to his IT work at Reliant, he has served as the chair of
the Pediatric Process Improvement Team, has previously served as the Associate Medical
Director for the Patient Care Improvement System, site chief for one of the pediatric sites, and
a member of many of the organization’s task forces and committees.
Outside of his roles within Optum he serves as the Chief of Community Pediatrics for the
University of Massachusetts Medical School and Medical Center where he acts as the liaison
between the academic medical center and the 150+ community-based pediatricians in the
region. He is a past President of the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Academy of
Pediatrics, an organization representing over 1700 pediatricians across the state and currently
the Medical Director for the Chapter’s Immunization Initiative. He is also a Delegate to the
House of Delegates of the Massachusetts Medical Society.
Dr. Fisher earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from The University of Vermont and his
medical degree from The University of Massachusetts Medical School where he also completed
a residency in pediatrics. Dr. Fisher is board certified in both pediatrics and clinical informatics.
He and his wife reside in Central Massachusetts with their three school-aged children. When
he is not working, he can usually be found watching his children acting, singing, or dancing on
stage or competing in a Taekwondo tournament.

Jenny Edwards, MD, MBA, MSc

Dr. Jenny Edwards is a practicing emergency medicine physician and clinical informaticist. She currently serves as the Associate Medical Director at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus and is an active member of the department’s health informatics division. Her professional interests include end-user design and the intersection of human factors, informatics, and clinician behavior.

With more than 25 years of IT experience at MaineHealth, Stephanie currently serves as a Manager within the IT Provider Systems vertical. Throughout her tenure, she has held several key leadership roles, including Program Manager for Enterprise Data Archiving—a program she continues to oversee as part of its long-term implementation. In addition to this work, she leads the Epic Environment Management and Ambulatory Production Systems Support teams, supporting critical operational and clinical needs across the organization.

Her work has led her to be named one of 2024 Fierce Healthcare’s ten Women of Influence and receive the prestigious HIMSS 2026 Changemaker in Health Award. Dr. Galvin currently serves as Chief Health Information Officer and interim Chief of Pediatrics for Cambridge Health Alliance. She is dual-board certified in Clinical Informatics and Pediatrics. She completed training at Boston Children’s Hospital after graduating from Harvard Medical School and Wellesley College. She serves on faculty at both Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School.
